Using her master’s degree in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University, Karen‘s book Eat Freely, discusses that by eating freely, you can find a way to enjoy the gift of food. Graduating from the College of William and Mary in Virginia and Summa Cum Laude, Karen Brooks is an avid reader and fitness enthusiast. She splits her time between NC and VA with her husband, Chris.
