Debra Graugnard is an author, speaker, podcaster, and Spiritual & Energetic Healing Practitioner with a Master of Divinity in Spiritual Healing & Counseling.
At the end of her college years, Debra experienced a traumatic event and soon after developed ulcerative colitis, along with hypoglycemia and fibrocystic disease. She was told these were incurable chronic ailments she would have to live with. Refusing to accept that prognosis, she set out on a mission to heal—and she did heal, naturally and holistically.
However, Debra knew the effects of the trauma were still in her body, and she needed to release them. She embarked on a healing journey that forever changed her life beyond her imagination.
Through Divine guidance, Debra met a Sufi master from Jerusalem, with whom she studied for 20 years until his passing in 2015. Her personal journey was profoundly rich and culminated in the understanding that our bodies are sacred vessels for the divine spirit and love. The body is designed to heal, and that healing includes the body, mind, heart, and spirit. Through this journey of healing and wholeness, connected to the Divine Source, we experience joy.
Debra’s passion is to support others in healing their bodies, minds, and hearts—to align with their core spirits and experience immeasurable fulfillment and joy along the way. Through her books and programs, she invites you to join her on this path.
