What are the nearest airports?
The closest airport to the conference venue is the Colorado Springs Airport (COS). This is a smaller domestic airport.
Our closest major airport is the Denver International Airport (DEN). Please keep in mind that Denver is about a 90 minute drive from Colorado Springs.
What is the free downtown shuttle (The Zeb)?
Downtown Colorado Springs has a free shuttle route that goes up and down one of the main streets in the heart of downtown (Tejon Street).
You will have to walk a block or two for our conference hotel to get to Tejon street to reach the nearest bus stop.
What is the best way to get from Denver to Colorado Springs?
What is the weather like in Colorado Springs in January?
Usually cold but crisp with blue skys. If we get snow it usually melts quickly. Snow doesn’t stay like the midwest!

Will there be replays if I can't attend all the live sessions?
Where are my virtual conference links?
You will be able to find these links in your virtual conference hub. All zoom links, virtual goodies, replays, and bonus content will be stored in the password protected conference hub.
The virtual conference hub password will be coming to you via email and we will share it in the private Facebook community.

Are meals included in my ticket purchase?
Your ticket to conference includes hors d’oeuvres on Friday night, the lunch on Saturday and various snacks and non-alcoholic beverages provided throughout each day’s events.
Please be advised that breakfast and dinner are not included on any days of the conference, however breakfast is included for guests staying at the hotel.
The conference hotel is located in a central hub of downtown within walking distance to food halls, coffee shops, healthy restaurants and even more on the downtown free shuttle. Our local team will be happy to provide you with some of their favorite recommendations for the area.
What will be served?
We are working with the hotel to finalize the official menu. We will ensure we have options for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free guests.
We try to accommodate as many guest needs as possible when organizing this event. If you have special dietary restrictions or allergies, we recommend bringing something that you know will be safe for you to eat in case what is provided does not fit those needs. Thank you for your understanding.
I purchased my ticket but now I cannot attend. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, this is a non-refundable event. But, we understand that life happens. Reach out to our team at clientcare@gracepointpublishing.com and we can see what we can do to provide you with the best conference experience possible or credit you for next year.
I purchased a virtual/in person ticket but want to switch to a different attendance type. Is that possible?
Absolutely! Contact clientcare@gracepointpublishing.com and we can update your attendance type on our end. Keep in mind that in-person tickets are LIMITED. Depending on space, we may not have the availability to accommodate all changes, but if we can, we will.
All attendees (both in-person and virtual) will also have access to all recordings and Zoom links in their virtual conference hub.
